Help My silkie she has wry neck ! She is back outside picture update

Well Abby is doing great she is walking around normal again eating drinking good although she is outside because it is 70 degrees at night she is in her own pen where she can see the others, I am not ready for her to join the flock yet.

Threehorses you are so wonderful! I've following your advise all the way through this and I hope this helps my silky also. She came up with this wryneck this morning and I do have the polyvisol, vitamin E and Selenium which I read elsewhere that it help the absortion of the vitamin E. I broke it into 4ths and gave it to her only once so far in with the vitamin E with eye dropper. Also have the Terramycin which I following your advise also, her nose is clear runny but eyes are ok. She is eating good and drinking water when I help her. Here is what I did for her neck to keep her from twisting it under herself, part of a toilet paper roll. When she does that she'll flip on her side and can't get up so the saddle for some reason seems to help on that. Your oppinion on what I'm doing seem ok?
