Help needed! Duckling about to die!

i am hatching mallard duckling that were abandoned by the mother since the second day, and when they first started hatching, 3 of the 4 eggs made an external pip and died for unknown reasons, the fourth started cracking yesterday and it was chirping 5 hours ago but now he isn’t moving much and isn’t chirping. The same thing happened to the other 3 and apparently they were shrink wrapped. This was aswell so I broke the egg shell next to his mouth and freed him from shrink wrapping. He now looks like this and barely moving. What should I do???!?

Keep him in the incubator and keep the humidity up. Not sure what else you can do.

Do you see a lot of veins? I can’t tell from the picture. It doesn’t really look shrink wrapped to me?

Yeah, keep the membrane moist with Vaseline or coconut oil, and keep him in the incubator. The baby might just be resting.

Also, what’s the temperature and humidity?

No other advice other than leave the baby alone in the incubator for now. He will be okay as long as he has air.
