Go to any pond. I also saw Muscovies on here and prevalent on CL too. Yall if it is wild, it will want its own species.

Check CL and also check your state thread here on BYC (and neighboring states if you are close to a border) I can't tell from the pics this young, but if Muscovy, another of those would be best. But you can't just go to a pond and take one! lol At least not in my neck of the woods.

Since he's the only one in there, you can get him out any time you have the brooder ready, if he's up and moving around well. I know you want to cuddle and kiss him!

I have to respectfully disagree on it being a muscovy. 'Scovies tend to have large, brushy tails and fairly long, sharp claws. They also have dull orange legs, not bright, like a pekin's. Muscovies also make a different noise to a mallard derived breed. Can you take a video of your little on cheeping?(You'll have to post it to Youtube first, and them copy and paste the link here)
