I realized it isn't the butt it is by her mid section so belly button/yolk area.
It is hard I am doing everything I can and now don't know whether to keep in the incubator or take it out. I am concerned about the other eggs in the incubator now.

she shouldnt go with the other chicks if you have them unless she has her umbilical area closed and not red, they will be drawn to it and peck it and kill her
