Help! One of my chickens sounds like a rooster

Thanks for all of your input and yes, please keep it coming. After reading your responses and seeing other pics, I am not sure that she is a she. At approx 18 weeks, how can we be sure?
 
I think that "she" might just be a "he". Here is a picture of Pearl who is a little over a year old in the pic....her comb does not look to be as big as your chicken's. Hmmm.....

PS - Like I mentioned before.....depends on where you live in Atlanta and your neighbors. There is a rooster 5 doors down from us and no one has complained about him.

when I read the OP, I remembered one of my Grandfather's sayings "whistling girls and crowing hens, always come to some bad end"

but, I'm with the others. she is definitely a he!
