Help! One of my hens has a swollen eye. What do I do?

I just got back inside from feeding the chickens, when I was out there Turkey was eating the dry all flock and I had some wet stuff out there for a little bit and she ate that to, the wet all flock is in with Angel and Chiharu now the drakes have been fighting so Chiharu and Haru have to be separated.
Chiharu was standing in their food trying to get Haru through the chicken wire, smh.

Since Turkey was eating should I still give her Nutri-drench? I haven't given her any yet but was going to today but after seeing her eat should I still?

So last night I rinsed her eye with saline I did two cups of water this time.

She has been opening her eye a lot today and she also ate some more wet all flock.
I got pictures of her eye last night I will post them here soon.

I did two cups of tap water and put two 1/2tsp into the water before I started boiling it, I didn't put a lid on the saucepan. I made sure to stir it around, after boiling for 15 minutes I let it sit on low heat for maybe 10 minutes and then let it cool to almost room tempt.
I used a 6ml/cc syringe to hold the saline and was only able to get about 3ml/cc into her eye. I had my younger sister help me so everything was fairly easy. I did not put terramycin in her eye last night, I didn't really know if it would be needed or not.
I am thinking of putting terramycin in her eye today though.
Here is her eye from last night, there isn't any puss in it from what I can tell.
It looks the same today at least from what I could see when she was walking around when I was feeding the chickens and ducks.

After she decided to knock the syringe onto the floor, I let her sit on my knee and calm down a bit before putting her back in the coop.

On thursday it was like almost 60 degrees but windy...
Yesterday it was like 30 something degrees out with winds up to 40mph or something like that and it was blowing snow..... The side of the coop last night when I went to grab Turkey.

She needs the Terramycin in her eye 2-3 times a day to prevent infection. The eye looks cloudy and possibly blinded already, but hopefully she will have some sight in it.
Okay, thank you!
I will go out in a few hours and put some terramycin in her eye.
Question how many times a day should I rinse her eye with saline? And should I rinse her eye before putting terramycin in it?
I just want to make sure I am doing everything right.
Thank you!

It's good that she opened the eye.
I would rinse/flush the eye or wipe it out before applying the Terramycin each time, this will help remove any dust or gunky buildup.

You're doing good!
Thank you!
I didn't make any saline today. But I will make sure I do tomorrow or I can have my mom get some saline solution when she goes into town tomorrow.
I just put some terramycin in her eye, and since I never made saline today I didn't rinse it before hand.
Which brand or specific kind of saline do you prefer? I don't really know much about saline that isn't homemade, @Eggcessive you said Bausch or lomb eye relief are the ones you prefer right?

Turkey was really flighty today, she is definitely getting back to her normal chicken self!
