Help please!! ASAP!!

I wonder what kind of coop and run you have? How much space? Your picked on hen must have escape areas to avoid being bullied by the other two.
Your two older hen are part of a flock. Your younger hen is an outsider and will not be immediatly accepted by the other two.
Let her heal for now, but keeping her separate will worsen your problem integrating her.
What is your coop like?

Is the space she is in already predator proof? If it isn't, it there any way you could take that white cage, and bring her into a garage or shop during the night were it is predator proof and safe? I wouldn't put her back in with the other birds.
Uhh it’s rlly cold outside and I’m scared because the ground is cold and I’m scared if a animal digs in. The top is proof tho.

So should I let them be together? And here is picture of the coop for 3 hens

there’s two nesting boxes on each side and the middle has hay. I’m planning to add a roosting bar in the middle. Also they don’t rlly have a run they just free range

Yes, is the white cage the one she is in now? If she is already in that white cage and separated from the other chickens, leave her in there. Toss her some weed sand grass clippings.
Also when I let her down she just ran back into the coop with the 2 hens.. when I put her by herself she try to get out sticking her head out and almost getting out and spilling everything

Have you had predator activity recently? She will probably be fine for the night if you haven't had an losses, or predators close by recently. Do you have some kind of garage or shed you could take the white cage into for the night?
