Can anyone please help me identify what may be going on with my chickens?

chicken pox? I went to a chicken show last week and several chickens had the bumps on their comb too.

I'm pretty sure what your chickens have is Chicken pox.i have no clue how to treat it, so, look it up in the BYC search bar.
