Got a little chickadee! Sooo, keeping it in the incubator for 24 hours, right? I put a tiny medicine cup of water in the incubator with pebbles, the chick knocked it down, lol! He is running in circles in the incubator. Will he bother the rest of the eggs? I'm so excited, yet so worried? LoL

The chick will be fine without the water for now. With heat from incubator you may not want added humidity from water in there while others are still in hatching process.

Others are still in the hatching process. The chick has knocked one over thatbhas pipped, upside down. Not sure what to do.

If the lil chick is dry it can go in brooder if heat lAmp is already been heating it up...Not sure on hatching so am calling for helpers

Ok, PROBLEM! So the chick is NOT dry, hatched an hour ago. He has been all over the incubator jumping on all the eggs. One that pipped is moving but blood is coming out of the egg. It's all over the bottom of the incubator. Help!
