My 6-7 year old California White hen is not ok, I think she has been losing her sight or something along that but now she won’t get up! She always lets me pet her but she won’t move or react to treats or anything. It has been quite cold outside lately but I don’t know what to do for her, if she is dying how do I comfort her? Should I stay by her and pet her, or leave her to be in peace? I haven’t yet put up a warm light for her, I’m going to by a new bulb in a hour but help my poor squishy please.

Consider a trip to the vet. There are so many possibilities that helping/giving advice is difficult at best. If like me, you can't afford a vet, keep the hen warm and hydrated, food near, and if tame, keep her close to you. If not tame, let her have seclusion.

:welcome
I would take her inside in any available container and give her water and some treats, someone will come with a better idea what to give her to boost her energy, she is old in chicken standards so I don't think you can cure her, just keep her comfortable

Sorry, I have had many chickens live well over ten-and stiil lay a few eggs. But you are right in that most do not live that long.
I know they do sometimes, that is why I wrote old and not "very old". but to cure a sick hen at 6 or 7 years of age is difficult
