How do I clean up//dis infect for other girls in flock?

That's bad bumblefoot.
Starting soaking her foot in warm epsom salt water for at least 20 minutes and prep for possible surgery.
How do do disinfect coop to make sure others don't get it?

Clean her foot and look at the bottom, you could see a dark spot or scab, that's the infection plug, you'll have to remove it (if it will move) and drain the infection. Let me get you an article for help.

Do you think I need to remove from rest or coop?
