I am a little freaked out right now.

I have a broody hens that I think has lice. I went to check on her this morning and noticed little creatures running around on her. I need to know how to treat this before her eggs hatch. I can not put the eggs in an incubator because I don't have one. I also need to know if the treatment is safe if the eggs hatch. They are due to hatch on Monday. Help! Help! Help!

I would pick her up and dust her with Garden and Poultry Dust which is permethrin, and pretty safe. Then you will need to dust everyone else, clean coop and nestboxes, spray the cop with Permectrin II which is also permethrin, put in new shavings. Ten days later dust again, and every 10 days until there are no lice eggs. Coconut oil may help to remove lice eggs, but don't use that on your broody..

It is much safer than having the chicks infested with lice. I used Sevin dust on my broody recently before she hatched eggs, and permethrin is much safer.
