That looks like a baby Midnight Majestic. This is what our 4 month old Midnight Majestic looks like.

Depending upon age, very likely a cockerel.

I agree, cockerel, that is a lot of pink comb for a bird so young.

I'm going with male as well, those are some pink little wattles dropping down to match the comb.
