Put sugar on it. In cows and dogs when they prolapse the sugar helps to reduce swelling and allows everything to be pushed back in. I don't know if it works on chickens but its common practice on other livestock.
You can take it to a vet and they may "purse string" it that uses a suture to keep it in. But until the egg bound is resolved, it is unlikely the prolapse will be resolved.

You’ve done very well, it’s an hard thing to treat, and can often be a reoccurring issue. If you do put her down tomorrow know that you’ve done your best, and sometimes that is truly the kindest thing you can ever do for an animal. It doesn’t make it any easier, but sometimes it is the right thing to do
