Put sugar on it. In cows and dogs when they prolapse the sugar helps to reduce swelling and allows everything to be pushed back in. I don't know if it works on chickens but its common practice on other livestock.
You can take it to a vet and they may "purse string" it that uses a suture to keep it in. But until the egg bound is resolved, it is unlikely the prolapse will be resolved.
