I agree with those who have suggested isolating or getting rid of the cross drakes. Once your breeding season arrives they will become more sexually aggressive, and the potential for gang mating and drowning the hens will increase.

One thing I can say about my scovy drakes I can say a lot of good things about them but this one here I think is really cool They do not gang up on the females, Matter of fact none of mine would ever get into the pool if another drake was already in with a female. I have heard of other breeds ganging up on their females thankfully that has never happened here. I have had drakes since 2004 many at one time too.

This is the same experience that I have had with Muscovy drakes.

yes, my drakes are always super sweet to the girls.
