Wow, I am glad you were able to save the baby! Do you know of any wildlife rehab facilites in your area? You need to do some digging around to see if someone in your area knows something about rehabbing and releasing wild birds. They are SO susceptible to dying in captivity. You might start by calling a local zoo, local natl park services, even your county extension service. There must be someone local you can turn this baby over too that can rehab it and release it back into the wild.
