I knew i should have helped it sooner !! It wqs the only one i helpedWhile that situation is typically called wry neck, it is different in quail than in other breeds. you can try supplements, shot glasses, booties etc and sometimes they will improve but often times they will fail to thrive and either expire on their own or need to be culled. If they do survive, they should not be put into a breeding program.
It is usually a result of malposition in the egg and/or too much time from pip to hatch with or without shrink wrapping as an additional contributing factor.
