Hi all,
My isa Brown (her name is Boo) became lethargic yesterday and spit up while I was carrying her to the coop. Today, she’s keeping her eyes closed most of the time, but doesn’t lay down. She hasn’t been eating or drinking, but I think her crop might be somewhat full. When I gave her some water (mixed with apple cider vinegar) her beak looked and sounded sticky. I’m not sure if Boo has sour crop, and if she does, I don’t know how to treat it! I’ve had her in my lap for a while now, but when she jumped off she stuck her wings out but didn’t flap them, and she kept her wings out for about 8 seconds following the jump. Her droppings are all liquid and have been white/yellow. When she poops, not much comes out. Any suggestions, tips, or ideas would be greatly
appreciated!!!
