HELP!! Sick Chicken, Can't Walk, Several Issues

I'm so sorry. That's the same thing that happened to my bird after her vet appointment she went down hill. I think it was too stressful for her.
Will you be putting her down? I was so hoping she would pull through this!

She passed away this morning. We didnt have to put her down. I think the cortizone shot helped rally her to say goodbye. Im actually relieved she went this way instead of me having to put her down. She died a couple hours before her appt.
