Thank you everyone who responded. I am so thankful for this website and other chicken owners being willing to share their expertise. My girl seems to be more perky today. Still keeping an eye on her and keeping her in garage.

What size is your syringe?
1cc is the same thing as 1ml.

If you have 1ml syringes, then it would be "full" IF the bird weighs 3 pounds.
I would say being a Barred Rock hen, she likely weighs 4-5 pounds (could be more) so I would give her at least 1 ml once a day.
