I would just stick to the eggs and the vitamins in the save a chick packets both of them the vitamin and probitotic they can be used together mixed with water. Also I used just regular spices not oils. When you make a tea of the save a chick packets and the parsley which has vitamin e molasses, a little olive oil not much,clove oregano, tyme,basil cayanne powder you can actually strain it. And if you can get spinach pumpkins,and squash even they are high in vitamin e. I didn't get any vitamins from the store I just gave the tea and mine was just fine. I was going to get the vitamin e and selenium if mine didn't get better and I'm telling you it worked wonders. I would highly recommend trying the tea all high in vitamin e not so much selenium but the vitamin e. I just let everything sit and gave 3x a day and make sure in between you give water and Apple cider vinegar I also put that in all water but also in the tea I didn't put that in as well. Even if you can't do it 3 x a day just try 2 times then.
