HELP!! Silkie is weak, has lack of appetite and is popping green diarrhea! Pics added below

Okay so i checked her crop this morning and it did feel doughy. I have tried to quarantine her but she won't have it, it was definitely stressing her out even more and I'm afraid she'll just hurt herself. She goes through phases where she's acting normal, cleaning herself, walking around and pecking. I've tried some of the remedies in the links above so hopefully that is helping. But now I have the issue of trying to not let her have food but I don't know how to do that with the other two chickens around because I can't let them starve.. and she really doesn't like yogurt, all she seems to want is watered down feed. Do you think this would be okay to let her have?

You do what you have to do, especially if she doesn’t like being put up. A portable wire dog cage with dood and water, where she can be moved around to be with her flock so she is more comfortable.

Massage her crop several times a day to lossen the doughy crop. If she will eat melon, that will get more fluids into her. Plain yogurt is good when mixed into wet feed—just a tsp a day in a small bowl of wet mash. Some use colace (doccusate sodium) capsules opened onto some feed to help move the crop contents.

Good suggestions by @Eggcessive

If it stresses her too much to even be caged in the run, then let her be with the others, just continue to massage the crop several times a day. If she is keen on watered down feed, then let the other girls eat that too.

Improvise!

So there was finally a tech in at the vet that was able to look at her stool sample. I only managed to get a little bit as she is pooping mostly liquid with a bit of green. They did find an egg for a roundworm. Any good advice on treating this?

If you can get Valbazen, fenbendazole or SafeGuard, or piperazine (wazine) from a farm store I can give you a dosage. Piperazine in the water treats only roundworms, while the others treat most chicken worms with individual dosing. Many wormer products are for goats or cattle, and we use them as well for chickens.

Didn't that tech recommend something for you to use for her? I find it odd that they didn't tell you what to do about it. hmmm

The vet mainly deals with dogs and cats so they don't have anything for chickens. My usual vet I see for my chickens is away until Thursday. So I'm really debating if I should give the piperizen in the morning or wait until my vet gets back

I've got piperazine. Is that safe to use after using oxysil-62.5? And all my chickens got ivomec last week
Do you have a photo of the Ivomec?
Did you repeat the Ivomec in 14days?
Ivermectin should take care of the roundworms when proper dosage and timeline is followed (initial dose and repeat in 14days).
I agree with @Eggcessive I would hold off on the Piperazine. IF after you completely finish the Ivomec treatment and another fecal float confirms a worm load, then use something else like Valbazen or Fenbendazole.
