HELP!! Silkie is weak, has lack of appetite and is popping green diarrhea! Pics added below

Do you have a photo of the Ivomec?
Did you repeat the Ivomec in 14days?
Ivermectin should take care of the roundworms when proper dosage and timeline is followed (initial dose and repeat in 14days).
I agree with @Eggcessive I would hold off on the Piperazine. IF after you completely finish the Ivomec treatment and another fecal float confirms a worm load, then use something else like Valbazen or Fenbendazole.
No I haven't repeated the ivomec. It hasn't been 14 days yet. I got a message from my vet this morning saying that I should use the piperazine so I'm really confused on what to do now. I cannot use it this morning anyways though because in the instructions it says to remove water in the night which I did, but I had to put it out in the morning as I had not heard back from the vet until later this morning. I don't want to remove her water as she's still drinking lots. If by any chance I have to use the piperazine at some time could someone give me a dosage please?

Usually most chicken owners use Wazine 17 a brand of piperazine available at most feed stores. The dosage for that is very simple—1 ounce or 30 ml per gallon of water for 24 hours.

I couldn’t figure the dosage of that piperazine brand. If possible I would return it and get Wazine 17. In the future, if you haven’t had a fecal float done, I would buy either Valbazen or SafeGuard Liquid Goat Wormer which treat more types of worms in poultry.

Since she is under vet care, I would follow the vet's instructions. Give her a call for dosing info on the Piperazine or see if you can find Wazine-17-not sure if you have that OTC in Canada.

After you get further instructions, then you can put the medicated water out for your hen.

Old thread, but just wanted to mention the dose for future reference (I use the same stuff).
400g to 320L of water is
4g to 3.2 of water
4g is typically regarded as a teaspoon (slight variations possible due to weight of the powder, but in this small amount it doesn’t make much of a difference).
So 1 tsp in 3.2L...
Or for smaller amounts, it’s hard to measure exactly with regular kitchen equipment, the closest measurement I use is 1/4 tsp in 1L.
