HELP,..someone stranded another Pekin duck at the college pond

YES,..he keeps going back and forth in from of Gabriel and when anyone gets close to him, Crackers puts his head down to charge but he doesn't nip...when I turn around he stops,..it is so funny,..but I still need advice on the fleas/mites,..will plain vinegar work or do I have to get ACV?

I am open to opinions,...don't think I can vent him but I have been calling him a male,..there is not a real obvious curl but there is a little bit of a curl so ,..opinions anyone?

Wouldn't a Permethrin Spray be simplest and effective? If safe for ducks?

If you can get him to follow you home or get him in your car, Dawn dish soap is safe and they use it on wild life. It kills fleas on contact.
