Help! Something is wrong with my female Pekin

I have one male and one female. The female is suddenly rocking forward and back while standing still, seems to have trouble balancing and walking, and she's repeatedly opening her mouth as if mouth breathing. She also sneezes every couple of minutes. It's been pretty cold here (between -5 and 25 F) but they have a coop full of straw to keep them out of the elements. I think she may have spent the night out of the coop last night because she was sitting in the snow shaking this morning (possibly because she couldn't walk up the ramp.) These symptoms all seem like they could be different things, so I would love your advice on what to do for treatment.

Is a vet an option?

The symptoms she’s exhibiting are neurological, that with the open mouth breathing tells me it could be affecting her ability to breath or inhibiting oxygen absorption. A toxin, a virus, or something heart related could be to blame.

Has she been around anything like metal bits or paint she could have swallowed? Or around compost, wild birds, rotten feed or vegetables, any kind of fertilizer, pesticide, or fungicide?

Another possibility is a mass could be pressing on her rear airsacks and nerves, sometimes a large egg can do this or a tumor, though symptoms from tumors usually don’t appear so suddenly.

If you can get her inside somewhere quiet and warm to let her relax that would be good.

We do have a vet that takes chickens and I’m sure they would take a duck too, but likely not until Monday. For now I’m making sure she’s in the coop warm and dry. She is still eating and drinking like normal and acting relatively normal aside from those symptoms. I also gave a niacin and vitamin b12 supplement to the feed/water in case it’s deficiency related loop
