I was checking on my flock and noticed one of my chickens foot is lumpy and misshapen. It looks like something that’s been going on a long time that I missed, but I know it wasn’t like that a month ago. She’s been acting normally and walking fine, I had scales leg mites a two months ago and treated the entire flock with Vaseline mixed with garden pest dust I was recommended on this site, when I saw her foot that was my first thought and I put some Vaseline on her foot (it’s visible in some of the pictures) does anyone know if I can fix this. She’s not separated as of now because she’s not acting weird and it’s nighttime but if needed I can set up a pen in the coop for her.

When you feel the swollen foot and then the other foot, is there a significant difference in the amount of heat?

You might do a soak in epsom salts (or just warm water) and get the foot clean to see if you can find any puncture wounds.

Her walking normally is a good sign, though I know that can change if it keeps progressing.

She has some scaly leg mites. The swollen ankle could be possible mycoplasma synovitis. That is a type of bacterial arthritis.
My flock does have mycoplasma so that could make sense, is there anything I can do to confirm or treat

There is not a significant difference, but the swollen foot is slightly less warm than the normal foot, but she was roosting and sitting on her feet so I don’t know if that could change anything, I’ll be able to do a soak tomorrow

I'd treat her for the Scaly Leg Mites, she has a lot of material built up on the legs/feet. An infestation can cause some swelling.

I'd also take a look at her band to make sure it's not digging into her leg, if it is, then remove it.

Here's a good article about treating SLM. Hope this helps.

Thank you, I will check on her band, and treat her. I’ll update if anything major happens.

I just did my hens second treatment today, I’m doing the Vaseline treatment. Yesterday I noticed she was getting lethargic and today she’s just standing around and not doing anything. I did another treatment and have her in a kennel so I can see how she’s eating, I also gave her water with electrolytes. She not bloated and although I didn’t get to the coop in time to see if her crop me tied overnight it was more empty than it was last night. Now she’s just standing in the corner of her kennel, she hasn’t eaten or drunk any water and she has watery poop. Is this related to what’s wrong with her feet?
