I would LOVE to find a kitten in my chicken coop!! Definitely water, a little tuna is okay until you can get some kitten food!

How lucky for you. Kitten formula is best. If she's able to eat solid food, mash a bit of catfood into it. You may want to wash her little backside in warm water to get her elimination going. Otherwise, she'll be sick and not eat. If it were me, I'd take her to the vet, check her for worms, etc. Be prepared for the possibility that she's not well and the mother cat might have abandoned her. Sometimes vets will automatically want to euthanize but these kittens can do well if given a chance. Good luck. When I first saw your post, I'd thought it was a kit, a baby fox. Then you'd have a problem.
