HELP!!! TURKEY HEN PROLAPSED??

Pics
I just read through the whole thread.
You are doing a great job.

Did you get some calcium into her?
Giving extra calcium could have helped her to get this deformed egg out sooner.

I haven't read your other thread about having her tested for MG yet...going to go look for it now.
Thank you so much it means a lot right now it’s rough I love this girl so much

I tried getting her to take some tums earlier but she wasn’t taking to it also gave more fresh oyster shell. Wasnt able to pick anything else up today.

Yes she was tested for MG/MS as well as avian Influenza and Newcastle

I did what I said I would cleaned it up and made sure it was nice and moist for the time being and got it mostly in, she would push even harder and make it worse while I tried doing it but once I stopped I started petting her she kinda relaxed and she got it most of the way in herself just barley popped out right now but it’s definitely not dry. Gave her a bite of lettuce after just a tiny bit cause it’s about dark and I want her to rest and lay down a bit and try not to strain so much

The feed you use...remind me what brand it is please.

The testing... Have you received the results?

Glad that you found the shell-less egg membrane outside. That can be associated with low calcium, so she needs to get some calcium tomorrow. You can stop her from laying again by placing her in the dark for 16 hours a day, then letting her out in the light for the other 8 hours. Perhaps you can talk to the vet about that, and get some calcium. Tums have a rather unpleasant taste.

Yes she was all negative on those three illnesses and passed with good results. And she eats TMC seed mix that’s what it’s called tmc and then she eats turkey grower/ starter called Swanson’s natural poultry feed. But mainly the TMC and then I’ve been giving some lettuce during the day

They are pretty strong lol, but taste good to people, well the fruity ones  but yeah I just wonder what the best option for a calcium supplement is, I habe oyster shell always available in her pen. And yes I’ll see what the vet thinks after they hopefully figure out the issue and help her out a bit I hope
:fl

I would get some Caltrate human calcium tablets with vitamin D as we posted earlier. They come in generics as well that cost less. Crush 1/2 tablet a day and put in her feed for up to a week.

Can you check the inside of her vent again?
I just got inside from a long day out there I’m gonna rinse of and relax for a little before my family gets here in the next two hours and then my mom will go out back with me to check her again if need be so I can have help because it’s dark here in California again now, do you think I should attempt that tonight or have her rest till tomorrow with the vet?
