HELP!!! TURKEY HEN PROLAPSED??

Pics
Okay. So I would clean her with those and then try to get it back in or keep it in as much as possible and moist?
Im sorry I’m just receiving so much info and different products and my mind is lost and confused and trying hard. Moms getting chlorhexadine/betadine and the hydrocortisone cream. I have coconut oil and I have electrolytes if she needs it.

She only needs to get one of those products. Clean her vent. Lubricate it with coconut oil. Push it back inside. If it won’t go inside, keep it moist and try again in a little while.
She is. Okay I have those things, I will try and report back. She’s still trying to poo and continues to pass droppings this size and drips the white/ clear fluid and pushes/ strains

So for now I cleaned her vent with chlorhexadine well and then used some coconut oil to lubricate the vent and prolapsed tissue to keep it super moist and wet, tried for a bit to get it back in but she would fight me and push it out further so I left it wet with the coconut oil it’s not too prolapsed right now. And she’s drank a lot of water and has access to it and had a big appetite and is eating well and is active and vocal. Still strains, but I’ll come back out every so often to check base with her and do that again if I need to. Letting her relax a bit and calm down, vet is gonna happen tomorrow more than likely, in the morning we can try to get here there I hope to figure out the underlying cause

A vet can put in a couple of temporary stitches at 10 and 2 o'clock position to hold in the prolapse and also let her poop. But I would keep trying to push it in before they come.
We are gonna have to drive her out to the vet since they are about 40 min out from my house, she will be an emergency walk in which is an 80$ fee alone :thand I tried a while ago, I’m caring for my ducks/ geese and all my other fowl now and then need to eat I’m starving and then I’ll go out again, but it wasn’t too prolapsed when I checked on her again about 20 min ago. I’ll keep trying, tonight when my family is back we are gonna bring her in for a bath I believe it’ll be after dark here but that’s fine we have lights inside lol

I am always a fan of vet care, if you can get it, but you probably can handle this at home, except for getting stitches put into the vent. Let us know what the vet does.
I know I’d just like confirmation of what the underlying cause could be. Since they are more knowledgeable that I am. Never taken my bird to a vet before so just wanna see their take on it, it’s worth it to keep her here with us :) that will be tomorrow sometime but I will keep you all posted when that happens and with her tonight. You think it’ll be a good idea to bring her in later and let her soak in the tub?
