Here is her vent now and her poo dropping she JUST now had

Since low calcium can be a cause and she could be getting ready to start laying again, I would try the calcium if you have some. The baths are necessary when the vent is messy and can help with inflammation. Is her vent back to normal with the prolapse in? Are you feeding her a balanced feed? Is that the seed you are talking about? I would feed her her usual feed.
I’ve always fed her TMC seed mix since always and my other turkey hen and all my chickens eat that too and don’t have any issues. My moms always bought that. The only other thing I have is turkey grower/ starter feed the crumbles and I feed lettuce and she’s eating grass a bunch

I don’t have turkeys, but as long as the feed is a balanced diet with enough protein, that would be good. I suspect the turkey grower crumbles might be very balanced.

The prolapse looks good, but I would go ahead and do a warm Epsom salts soak, and reapply whatever lubricant on the prolapse, then try to push it back inside and hold it. It doesn’t matter if the lubricant or coconut oil goes inside.

Is coconut oil lubricant that can be used safely? And I may try the soak in one of my ducks kiddie pools hopefully she will be good with it. I have epsom salt and can get warm water, for how long do I soak her and then what? And what type of calcium supplement should I give? My mom found this stuff in our house but don’t know. And what about electrolytes /probiotics Etc

Coconut oil is fine to use. Poultry Cell is good for electrolytes and vitamins. She may be eating and drinking well enough that she does not need that. I listed the calcium supplements earlier. Caltrate or Tums, or ground egg shell. The warm Epsom salts soaks are usually about 20 minutes. It would be easier to do warm ones in a bath tub or tub, but I don’t know how big she is. Do not do a cold soak outside. Just clean her up if you cannot do it warm and inside.

I cannot bring her inside no. But I have one of my mini pools with very warm or even hot temp water. I would give her crushed human tums by mouth? And she’s a big turkey hen, very big. 25 good pounds. And I have the electrolyte powder for chicks too. What is good to clean a vent with? Mom is at store now

The Epsom salts soak is enough to clean her vent. If you can’t soak her just use soapy (Dawn or similar) water to clean her vent and rinse. Tums can be cut in half and given orally, or crushed and hidden in egg or other treats. They are flavored, where human calcium tablets are more easily hidden.

What about what @casportpony said last night on betadine or chlorhexadine? She’s drinking a lot of water.
