Help understanding illnesses?

Hi,

One of my hens has developed some find of rash around her ear, wondering if anyone has any ideas or advice for treatment?

I agree, it looks like ear infection. The pus will need to be removed in order for her to begin healing.
I would also look her over very well for lice/mites and inside her beak for any canker, sores or lesions.
