HELP URGENT RIGHT NOW!!

I don't know what she could've eaten or if she's got something going on inside of her, or if she's been stun/bitten by something.
I don't know how warm it is where you are but is it possible that she got overheated and went into shock? Perhaps move her to a cool environment and treat her like you would a person. Maybe put her head up a little, like fold a couple of wash cloths as a pillow, fan her to keep her cool, maybe if her comb is hot, apply a cool, wet compress? Just wet a washcloth with cold water, wring it out & lay it on her comb?

I don't know, just thinking of ways to keep her comfortable until she can maybe come around.
Her comb is cold.. and i live in a warm area

Still in a box, head at an un-natural angle. I have had cockatiels fly into a window and look like that, they were dead. So sorry for your loss. If she was just stunned she would have gotten up in a couple of minutes.
