Ok, so....no matter what, tho, the yolks sac "should" be at the bottom (pointy, non airsac) end.....is that correct??

should be, yes.
Imagine laying on your back, tuck your knees to your chest (feet sometimes fold up, sometimes down), neck rolls toward the left side, to look right (usually under right arm/wing) while head continues to turn around almost 180, to look in the opposite direction. Now stuff yourself inside a ball and try to break out. :lol:
