Hi, I just saw a problem this morning on one of my hens' vent area. I took some photos. Can anyone help me figure out what is going on and how to treat it?

Background info on hen/flock:
Sapphire Gem laying hen, raised from chick, 1.5 yrs old
No behavior problem noticed, just the appearance of the vent area (see pics)
One of the pics is of her poop, looks normal to me, but I'm no expert
Other birds in flock all seem fine
She seems to be eating & drinking
She is housed in a coop w her flockmates, the bedding is shaved pine

It looks like she may have a collapsed egg membrane hanging from her vent. I would gently try to remove it. Have you seen any shell-less eggs or thin shells lately? Calcium citrate with vitamin D 600mg can be given daily for a week or so to help if she is having an egg issue.
