They told me that too, but I still received sick chicks from them

They only look droopy bc they are so little. Fear not they will perk up in a week. Just keep them warm

They usually order from there, but alot of these breeds they don't have at Hoovers.

Look I'll let you in on a secret, tsc will say that they get chickens from hoover,if you complain or contact corporate but truth be told they source from numerous hatcheries the primary one being hoover based on your location. Trust me Tsc corporate worked with me for over a month to try to apologize for a big mistake that happened with contagious sick chicks I was sold from them. I dont want to too into detail but they are not to be trusted be very careful
