I treated my young chicks and guineas for cocci as I lost 2 and noticed the symptoms. Everyone perked up and then the other day I noticed dirty vent on a young pullet (most turned out to be roosters). I really want to save her. I have isolated, washed the area with warm water and dettol mix, pushed back in a couple times but it keeps protruding. She looks like she is straining but from the diarrhea ?

That looks like a prolapse. That could be trying to lay an egg with no success. Or, maybe, very severe straining to poop, which I have not seen. How old is she? It is best to isolate her so the others don't pick at her vent. edited to add: Which I see you have done.
Can you get a better picture of the prolapsed vent? Sometimes there can be a stuck egg, or constipation and straining can cause it. Do you feel an egg? Keep it moist at all times until you can push it in, and it stays. You may use honey, sugar, vegatable oil, neosporin ointment, but just keep it moist. The sugar or honey can help to reduce swelling. Try some hydrocortisone cream. And keep it lubricated with coconut oil.
I see the grass under her crate. Does she also have access to granite grit?

She did before I moved her into isolation. I just put her on the ground yesterday otherwise she is on a rubber mat in the barn. I will add grit though
