Me too from the top/bottom since webbing and toes seem to be affected also.

To me, it looks like frostbite that's been going on for a while. I've been trying to guard against frostbite with the bitter cold temps and amazingly high humidities we've been having this month in the upper Midwest. I noticed tips of toes and webbing turning off-colors, so I moved them into my heated garage. They'll be parked in there until the Night King decides to go back beyond the Wall.
