Anyone know the dosage for this stress aid? Dosage on the back says add 100g to 364L of water. It’s only for one hen so I’d prefer not use the whole pack at once.

Okay, so rounded, it's about one gram to 3.8 quarts. So if you have a scale, measure out a gram and add it to slightly less than a gallon of water. If you only have an imperial scale (I do) then know that a gram is 0.035 ounces. (Which means you should try going for 1/10 of an ounce and making three gallons)

I would just add 1/4 tsp to a gallon of water. That is about 1.25 grams. Electrolytes are helpful when one is not drinking well, but if given for more than a few days, it might cause a little runny poops.

Exactly, 1/4 teaspoon to one gallon of water. Provide for few days to week whenever birds are under stress. Hot weather, shipped, just hatched, lethargic, etc.

Electrolytes will provide temporary vigor, like sugar. This enables the birds to consume feed. The feed is the real deal in bringing back to health but lethargic birds need that energy boost to start eating. Extreme hot weather will weaken birds, not just the need for cold water but they eat less as we do on those sultry days. A few cucumber sandwiches is not a great diet but it's about all I can eat on a hot day. Same with birds. Give them the boost to eat and that in turn will nourish back to health.
