Help with getting the hatch right

Thanks, I appreciate the advice, I had two hygrometer/thermometers in at the same time and the temp was about right with the thermostat but the humidity was off by alot on both do I was going with the higher one, but I just did an emergency 2min installation of a 12v 6inch fan that I had on another of my Bator's, and since the fans been on, now both hygrometers are even, temp is 39.2 I do Celsius, and I feel less anxious knowing the exact humidity, which is 70, and I done marked a small circle where the bby pecks when I candle the air sack, the other egg seems as if it still needs about a week to go, but I feel.much better with the fan and your final words of advice thank you I truly appreciate it

Just wanted to add that I missed a question, (lots going on) , you asked if I hear any chirpping or quacking we should say, and the answer is no, no sounds but defenetly pecking at the light, and no liquid visible to the naked eye, but let's just keep our fingers crossed, check list checked and a close eye ;)

3 out of the 6 of my eggs look like the picture above but no tapping or peeping but all 6 are still moving should I wait 24 hrs and check them again or just leave them and hope for the best. I also have 2 eggs on day 19, 5 eggs on day 17 and 6 eggs on day 10 plus a few that are to new to candle yet so hopefully I will have a nice big family of ducklings to be friends with my 1x4 week old 4x1 year olds and 2x3 year old ducks I already have.

I have got my first external pip but can't keep my humidity up higher than 67 will this be ok.

for the pip!

How are you managing the humidity? Sponges, water wells, rags? Do you have room to slip in a wet sponge? Also, what about ventilation holes? They definitely need the ventilation, so don't close everything off, but if you have several vents, closing one will usually help. I prefer to leave them all open, but sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

edit to add -- 67 isn't horrible!! and really should be fine, but I prefer 65+ for sure.
