Help with pullet crop

Hi my pullet has been acting weird lately and I woke up this morning and found that her crop looks pretty big what could be going on and how could I treat this

It feels like there is something sticking out near her breast it’s hard to explain

That's probably her clavicle or wishbone. She has likely lost a lot of weight from this crop issue. Are her eyes always closed? Is she droopy and does she just want to sleep standing up?

Yes I read the article she has been sleeping standing up sometimes she will fly around and run around

I can’t feel her crop or find it

Do you understand where the crop is located? It's on the chest wall slightly on the right side. When it's empty, it cannot be felt.

It appears your chicken may have a bacterial infection. Can you answer some questions?

Is there a compost pile where the chickens dig that your family tosses rotten fruit and veggies?
