it's sad to say butIf she can't walk or stand, I would put her out of her misery if she were mine. Laying on her side in a tote is no life for a bird.
Which is why I suggested taking her to a vet if you can’t read by yourself to decapitating her or doing cervical dislocation.And she’s not dead and i have no clue what to do now
I'm sorry it came to that, but applaud you for being willing to put her out of her misery. There really is no "pretty" way to do it. You can rest easy knowing you gave her every chance to get well, and you took the best of care of her until the end.Thanks everyone, figured i should update. With her will to live, we just couldn’t bring ourselves to do anything. So she’s been in our kitchen just laying there. It was so sad. I brought her outside today and she would lift her head and look around but not even try to get up. All the other girls just ignored her. I decided enough was enough and we put her down. (Modified broomstick method). It was horrible. I really hope i never have to do that again!
