Help with this chick please.

Newbie here. Both of my lemon cuckoo orpies hatched with this, the first one died but this one is pretty active.

I have it on a wet cloth but there is some dryness on the back. Will this absorb? What to do? Need advice please. Thanks.

When did they hatch? You can leave them in the incubator for 24 hours to dry out and fluff up after they hatch before putting them under a heat lamp, hope this helps
