Help wounded chick!!!

It eyes are not opening and, only one does barely

It been like this I thought it would get better but is not

Also I think part of problem with the egg braking open was because she is a small hen

And is always moving around and Turning the eggs

It had yellow stuck to it I applied a little water and brushed off but, as soon as I did that yellow/green/white poo just pour out. And later I had to clean again noticed that under it, it looked like it had a dropping stuck and I pulled a little it looked organic or fleshy. I let go after that the chick didn't even care.

I've never seen a chick like this( I've never looked at a chick like this to because, your suppose to let them dry more)
