Shouldn't matter too much, either will be fine

After putting on the spray (2/3 wounds)
It seems to be really tired which I think is fine it needs sleep to heal

I would clean the wounds with saline solution and apply some Neosporin (without painkiller). @Eggcessive will be able to advise further.
