HELP

I don't.
If she has something contagious the others have already been exposed.
Moving her could stress her out more which could make her more ill.

I was thinking Mareks may have caused the blindness but now after what you said I no longer think Mareks is an issue.
Well that’s at least good?

She still has the bubbling in her blind eye. I took a better picture of the “blind eye”, and then a picture of her. Let me know your thoughts. I haven’t noticed it on any of my other 10 girls.

The chicken has had a messed up eye since two days old. The other eye is conpletely normal and does not have the bubbling.

This eye doesn’t work, and doesn’t close, so I’m wondering if dust or something got in it?

No, I am not familiar with mareks. I know what it is, but have no experience with it as I am a first time chicken owner.

Do I need to separate her from the rest of my flock????

Since the eye has been blind/not working since she hatched(?) and it does not close (none functioning eye). I would be leaning more toward eye infection due to getting dirt/debris or from a peck/scratch, instead of respiratory illness.

In the photo is looks like she might have a small scab on her face.
General care for eye infection would be to flush with saline or sterile water. Apply an ophthalmic ointment like Terramycin (most of the time can be found at TSC) or you can order Ciprofloxacin eye drops or Vetromycin ointment online. Try to clean/apply ointment at least 2X a day.

If she develops other symptoms-lethargy, going off feed, coughing, sneezing, mucous, facial swelling, wheezing, etc., then you will want to re-evaluate her for respiratory illness.

fwiw-if it is a respiratory illness, the others have been exposed already. I would not separate her out unless she is lethargic, not eating, worsens or if she is picked on. Birds heal and fare much better when they can be with the flock.

Just my thoughts:)
