With a fan but it worked fine so...

Wouldnt hurt to bump it down if you're sure your thermometer is accurate. But if all is going well id think you're ok.

the thermometer is accurate but it worked fine i will down it to maybe 38 c

In a forced air 37.5 is recomended but there are many variables in each hatch so "if it aint broke, dont fix it".
I'll no doubt prompt discussion with such statements but ...
