Help

They will probably destroy a towel in about six hours, but if you don’t mind duck poop laundry, yes.

i have just looked on another web site and they said to put a puppy pad followed by pine shavings i am off to by them tomorrow.

dont suppose you could tell me what type of duck they look like

Well when you get their hutch set up will you post a pic we maybe able to help you keep it warmer for them. Over night. Was someone going to dump them in a lake or pond and you got them before they did?

Inside they would need something like a large plastic tote with shaving inside. Be sure to read the links given on caring for ducklings they shows a perfect homemade waterer for ducklings.

Is the back enclosed with hardware wire too? ? I'd put it pretty close to your house if it isn't that way if you hear anything during the night you can deal with it. They are so tiny the top needs to be secure and any other place where it can open Raccoons have hands similar to ours and can open things doors etc very easy. also at their age I wouldn't give them such a large area to swim in especially if they can't get out of easily ducklings can chill and drown. Something similar to the other bowl will work for now.
And honest I am not nit picking but that ramp is steep do you have the rubber shelf stuff you can cover the ramp and it will help them go up and down easier. I don't think they can get down that ramp very well or up. the strips of wood are too far apart. I am just trying to help.
