If they are bearded they will not have wattles. They do have large combs which show up more because their crests are wet/dirty whatever and not fluffed out. If you get them clean and fluffed out, please get photos of them facing front with crests pulled back to show full extent of comb. You can also post at "what breed or gender is this."

Welcome to BYC. Silkies can be difficult to gender ID. That's a lot of comb development for 4 month old birds. Cockerels ?
