Sounds like a reproductive problem. How does her crop feel? Can you post a picture of her? How is she eating, drinking and pooping? What are you feeding her?

I'm sorry to hear about your hen.
I agree, it does sound like a reproductive problem, it's hard to know which condition she has unless you lose her and necropsy is performed.

Is she lethargic or having any difficulty walking or breathing? Does the swollen abdomen feel like it may have fluid too?

Often times if they are eating/drinking, relatively active and interacting with the flock, it's best just to monitor them day to day just to see how they are getting along. Check for lice/mites too and see that the crop is emptying overnight.

To be on the safe side, you could separate her. See if she'll eat a treat of scrambled egg bits, or yogurt.

Thanks guys. Eats very little layer crumbles or anything else is free range but have noticed her just hanging around the coop Have checked for water belly and found not the problem. Soaked in epsom bath and checked vent can’t feel any impactment.

Poor thing. I would leave her with the flock unless she's lethargic or being picked on.
