I think she is a white leghorn. My mum brought her so I have no idea about her age

We actually brought a pair but the boy died. So now am worried if we bring another one she will peck him. She used to peck the boy when ever she is bored

Sorry to hear that. They do need company, maybe the cooing is from her being lonely?
